Insurance Plans
We welcome

Missing Pieces Telehealth Psych is currently credentialing with major insurance networks. We will list every accepted insurance plan on this page as soon as in-network status is confirmed. In the meantime, we work with patients on a self-pay basis or through partner platforms like Headway and Alma.

  • Currently accepted: Self-pay only at launch. Insurance updates posted here as panels activate.
  • Headway and Alma: We are credentialing through these platforms to offer in-network access to BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and other major payers.
  • Out-of-network reimbursement: We provide a 'superbill' you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Estimate

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, every patient has the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. We provide a written estimate at or before your first visit.
