Every patient brings A story. My job is to listen long enough to hear what is really being said, then build a plan that honors it.

About Marjorie Richard

Marjorie Richard is the founder and lead clinician of Missing Pieces Telehealth Psych LLC. A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she brings a clinical background that spans home health, psychiatric care, and family-centered behavioral health. Her telehealth practice serves children with autism and ADHD, teens navigating anxiety and school stress, adults working through depression and mood concerns, and postpartum mothers adjusting to a new chapter of life.

Marjorie believes that good psychiatry is built on three things: time, trust, and honesty. Her visits are unhurried, her communication is direct, and her treatment plans are tailored to the person, not the diagnosis code. She works closely with primary care clinicians, schools, and therapists to ensure that every patient has a connected care team behind them.

PMHNP-BC

Outside of practice, Marjorie is a mother, a community volunteer, and a lifelong learner. She founded Missing Pieces Telehealth Psych after years of watching families navigate a fragmented mental health system and deciding that there had to be a better way. There is.

• HOW SHE PRACTICES

How She Practices

Marjorie practices an evidence-based, patient-centered approach. She combines careful diagnostic evaluation, conservative medication management, and brief psychotherapy when appropriate.

She believes prescribing is a last word, not a first one, and that the right answer is often a combination of strategies tailored to the patient.
